When Re-Rite OCR Software is coupled with the METASCAN option the user can pre-select from a series of tailored drop downs and alphanumeric fields specific to your business requirements that will direct the scanned information (by embedding XML data commands in the document header) to an appropriate folder within your network file structure, saving time looking for documents and having to re-name/re-file this information manually.

Furthermore, if the record being created is for a new application/client, MetaScan functionality allows you to automatically generate a folder again reducing the amount of time necessary to administrate the set-up of a new location.
