Experienced Photocopier Engineer

Salary 18k to 24k + company car/car allowance based on experience

We are looking for an experienced photocopier engineer preferably with knowledge of the Toshiba range of equipment to join our engineering team, with immediate start.

You will need to be punctual, customer facing, commercially aware and be able to take responsibility to ensure you own jobs and work load are successfully completed. It is essential you have strong communication skills, are well presented with a flexible positive attitude and good proactive problem solving skills. The role would suit a keen, hardworking and motivated candidate who wants to develop their career within a dynamic and ambitious company.

This is a mixed and varied role involving setting up equipment before delivery to customer sites, telephone support, installation, and maintenance. Based out of our  SW19 office but working in London and the surrounding counties this position is ideally suited to somebody living in South West London or Surrey.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Experience in the photocopier industry (preferably with knowledge of the Toshiba product range
• Experience of network installations
• Experience of managing escalations through manufacturers to successful resolution
• Good level of IT skills.
• You must also possess an excellent thorough fault process mentality to correctly evaluate calls.
• Self-reliance on technical abilities and knowledge.
• A very capable mind-set and full ownership qualities to see a fault through to the end, a desire to complete each issue to complete resolution and satisfaction even if this continues outside of your working timeframes.

It is essential that applicants hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

Hours Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm excluding bank holidays, overtime is also a requirement from time to time.
